Guinea pigs are very cool. I grew up with a wonderful guinea pig named Mickey who lived many years beyond her life expectancy. We loved her so!
A bit ago I photographed Nibble and his whole family. He’s pretty cool too. But what’s even cooler is how much Amy loves him and wanted to have lots of photos with just him. It was adorable.
So, I present to you…Nibble and his girl!
Happy Friday Face!
Ana is an amazing person. I was so happy when she told me she needed some “edgy” portraits for some new adventures she was embarking on, and that she wanted me to create these images for her. At the time, I didn’t know her that well, but I knew of her talents as a dancer and as a fabulous choreographer.
We went to one of my favorite locations for her session, and were surprised to see quite a bit of snow on the ground! It was so much fun, and I really enjoyed getting to know her as the beautiful, talented, grounded person she is.
I truly believe Ana is going to be a star.

Ted jumped up on this chair for me. He was so happy to do it. Can you tell?
Happy Friday Face.

It’s very exciting to have your work published in a magazine. It’s even more exciting to have your work published on the cover of the magazine! A while ago I did a session with Oak and and his “mom and dad.” Since that time, Oak has become quite famous in the world of Corsos! He’s gone to two Westminster shows, and has competed in and won in so many others. But, for me, the coolest thing about Oak, is that he is just the sweetest Corso – definitely an ambassador for the breed. Bred by two of my long time clients turned friends, Ron and Jen Hoser of Firehorse Cane Corsos, Oak is simply wonderful.
I’m proud to have my photograph adorning the cover of the latest issue of Modern Molosser Magazine!

Shot with Kodak tmax 3200 film. Not my all time favorite b/w film, but it was what was in my bag when I photographed Lucy.
Lucy had so many expressions, all of which were fabulous!
Look for another post with the color images soon!
