I love the large breed dogs and I can sympathize with the owner since my Dane passed away in 2010 also. I am glad she found the love of her life with another one. I might have to try that as well. They are amazing! Rocky tends to be our "worried man" and I didn't know if he'd relax enough for you to see his beauty. I am so thankful that he did. Your write-up is so accurate. I am impressed with your insights. I met Gracie about 30 minutes after Trinelle brought her home. Already she was glued to her hip. Gracie learned to love me too, but Momma Trinelle was always her Number 1; she would have gone through fire for her. Trinelle's grief was so very deep when Gracie died. She never doubted that she would love a dane again though. Rocky was up to the job and we all love him dearly. He is so funny and also doesn't wander far from his Momma Trinelle.
