I have been toying around with change.  Yep, but only a little change and, hopefully, a good change.  I needed a new logo that would fit all of the things I do…pets, people, families, babies – everything.  It really was a tough challenge.  There were a few moments when I just felt like giving up! My wonderful friend, Nancy, has been helping me. She is so great at taking my ideas and making them real.

So, with the help of Kingston and Crystal, I present to you a fresh new logo.

Please…tell me what you think. Should I keep it? I welcome your opinions!

A few posts ago, I mentioned an upcoming fall event!

This Saturday is the date for that wonderful event. The Urban Hound is holding it’s first Dog-O-Ween open house from 10-4 and all are invited!

I will be there too! Here’s the exiciting part. I’ll be bringing along my Cool Pets Cool Booth. So, you bring along your Cool Pets and step inside for some very fun photographs. Ok, so it’s not really a “booth” per say, but it will certainly be cool!

You will pay only for the price of your photograph – no sitting fees! And, I am donating a portion of the proceeds to the Dad’s My Angel Puppy Rescue.

Photograph sessions are on a first come, first served basis, but reservations are encouraged. Please email me or contact Sophia at the Urban Hound to reserve your session time!

It’s guaranteed to be crazy good fun for all. Costumes, cool collars and leashes, even cool owners are welcome in the Cool Booth. Anything goes!

Welcome to my very first post on my brand new blog! Wow, a new blog, and a beautiful, new, updated Cool Pets site! How exciting! After much time and work this has all come to fruition, and it is pretty darn cool. I’m excited to have a place to share photographs that may not exactly be Cool “Pets” all the time. You might find some cool people, and even a little bit of color every now and then!

My site, wow! I am so happy about my new Cool Pets site, and I owe a lot to Katie Untalan for her hard work and very, very artistic and creative talent. She is amazing! Without Katie, my site might not have evolved into the beautiful, contemporary gallery that is has become. It was she who suggested a little updating…well a little updating is what we did! Check her out at ktpdesign.com and see just how talented she is! Sorry, no photos of Katie because she lives in MA! But, who knows, maybe on our annual vacation trip to MA and New Hampshire, I will catch up with her and take a few shots and post them! (get ready, Katie!)
