She was the “face” a few weeks ago. Well, Sascha is not the only gorgeous Rottie in her family.

Say hello to Kodi. He’s a bit younger than Sascha, and extremely friendly and very glad to meet ya! During our session he wanted nothing more than to mow me over with his big face and lots of kisses.

Here are a couple of film images of Kodi and his fabulous expressions. These images show two things….one, how amazing b/w film is and why I will never stop shooting it, and, two, how adorable and very handsome Kodi is!!

(Donna, are you reading this??) I think I may have mentioned that a while ago. But, yeah, I do try to get “tongue” shots. With dogs, it’s pretty easy…I can “make” it happen. But, with cats? Now that’s a different story. You definitely cannot make a cat stick out their tongue. So, you must know that when this happened, I was quite happy.

This is Meow. He is grumpy. He hissed at me. But, one thing’s for sure, he loves his monkey. Give him his monkey and he acts just like a kitten, even though he’s 16 years old!!

So…..Happy Friday Tongue, err, FACE!!!

You see, Hooper has so many incredible faces it was hard to pick just one. Hooper is quite a character. He moves slowly and stubbornly but with unrivaled determination. One glance in your direction, and his face can definitely melt your heart.

Yes, it’s Bracken, with yet another one of her awesome expressions. For this photo, I sat her in front of the cool green, peeling paint doors. I know she was wondering…”How long must I sit here?” She really is such a good girl. She wants to accommodate, and she does. Although, I think her expressions are a dead giveaway to what she really thinks about the whole process!

I had to post this photo of Sascha. I met her just a few short hours ago. Gorgeous doesn’t even begin to describe her. Yes, she is beautiful, but she is also very sweet, and unbelievably eager to please….and pose. It was simple actually. I asked her….Down? And then I called her “Saschie” and asked if she wanted some CHICKEN?!?!?!?

This was her response. Amazing.

Last week I went to photograph him for his Petfinder page, and that’s when I met Polo (last week’s face).

Giovanni is a handsome, lovey cat who is ready to purr his way into your heart and home. He had absolutely no problem posing for my camera, and playing with my toys. He LOVED the attention and purred the whole time. If you are looking for a beautiful orange and white tabby companion who will surely keep you company, then maybe Gio is the one for you!

Let me see….he’s gorgeous, he’s a sweetheart, and he’s got a really cool name. The one thing that Polo does not have…is a home.

I met Polo and a few other cats and kittens yesterday when I went to do some photos for the wonderful rescue group, Stray Cat Blues. My amazing friend and long time client, Kat, had asked me to photograph a different cat (he’ll surely make an appearance later), and while I was there I met Polo.

Polo’s looks are unrivaled. He is very sweet and a total gentleman. He wasn’t sure what I was trying to do though. But, even still, he was very cordial. Polo needs a home. He needs a loving, caring home. Polo is FIV positive, which, honestly doesn’t mean much. He can still be a great companion, and he doesn’t need any special meds. I have met many wise old amazing cats who were FIV positive. The only thing any cat needs, FIV or not, is love.

Here’s my pitch. If you like this guy, and think you can give him a forever home, please contact Kat or anyone at Stray Cat Blues. You’ll be glad you did!
